House in fairy world completely inaccessible

I had moved a family into greenwood hamlet residential and then moved them out accidentally taking the furniture. I tried to fix it by going into another save and and saving the house to my library b...

Hi Zobie7023​ 

Did you swap to a different PlayStation account, or are you still logged into the same account that had originally purchased the pack?

Let's try the following as well:

  • Restore the licenses on your console 
  • Go to your Game Library 
  • Scroll to Your Collection
  • Select The Sims 4
  • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
  • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
  • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

And I have just checked and the issues now are across all pre installed fairy houses
