Households Disappeared
So I recently created a new household (on Xbox Series X), and the next time I played, all of my other households had disappeared and the lots had reverted to normal. It's as if I had started a new game and saved over my existing world (which I didn't do). Any ideas? Unfortunately I don't have any backup saves, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked if you're able to restore these saves from your cloud save data? If you were playing offline, your game saves wouldn't resync from the cloud. If the save files aren't available in your cloud, I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to restore them.
