Households not saving to my gallery - ps4

I started to get about couple of weeks ago error message saying the following: "there was an error saving your household to my libary". It happens everytime and it seems like that deleting old ones won't always help and it's getting to a point where there is only household which are my favorite and i really don't want to delete them. I contacted support but nothing haven't worked for me. I had problems with same kind of issues in the past and also nothing helped expect putting my ps4 back to factory settings. I really don't want to do that again and lose all my effort and hard work to make these families and stories to them again.

So what can i do? Is this some sort of bug which is gonna get fixed in future updates? I love this game but it's getting to a point where i would almost like to give up on it because of these issues.
