A couple of hours ago, i couldn't load to my saved world due to a 'missing content' warning. One of my downloaded packs had been unplayable, said on the notice"1 required pack need to be loaded/installed", if i play with the save anyway, "contents from unloaded packs will be removed, potentially making the save corrupted and unplayable"there's an option to keep playing with missing content and 'view packs', when i clicked on the latter, its said that i owned the pack and can't seem to do anything else. I tried restarting multiple times, leave it for the night, nothing works.

First let's be sure your DLC is fully installed to your console:

Restore the licenses on your console

Go to your Game Library

Scroll to Your Collection

Select The Sims 4

Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here

Select the DLC in this list and select Install

When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

If you're still not able to access your pack after trying this, be sure to let me know.

Hi! I am so sorry, i forgot to reply! When i checked on the add ons (before i open the game), the DLC/Pack that i'm having trouble with couldn't be installed since apparently i didn't pay for them! But when i opened the app and see the dowbloaded packs, uts said that i already own the psck. I brought the pack some time ago, and i've restarted the app and console, but its still having the same problem

uvmc81prpz7k Were you previously game-sharing? Please look over the transaction history on your console to verify if you're logging in with the same PSN account you had bought these packs on originally.

No game sharing. I've looked at my transaction history and the proof is there, same account and everything

Have you checked to make sure your EA account is linked. I had this same issue after the last update and found that my EA account was unlinked. I believe, you can find it by going to your Settings, click on other and it should be near the bottom left. Hopefully this helps. Sometimes it's as simple as that. If not it may be that you need to contact Playstation.
