i found a photo online of someone creating this fountain. How did they do the item part in the centre you can see the tall arch behind it but they also have built a smaller one behind the statue in the centre of the fountaind how is this done. I can not put an arch anywhere below the floor or put a basement underneath the fountain will not go on the 2nd floor only on the ground. Please help?
they placed it with the move object cheat (bb.moveobjects on).
If you are new to building I suggest you look at some guides/tutorials, www.carls-sims-4-guide.com has lots of guides and videos on all things sims 4 including building and cheats.
You can only build fountains if they aren’t underneath anything and you can only build them on the ground floor. Whereas a pool you can build below ground inside a building etc... Neither of them allows you to build anything directly beneath them. The piece in the background comes with the romantic garden pack as do the other pieces included in the fountain. They are done by scaling up (making bigger) or scaling down (making smaller) and to be able to put the pieces in the fountain together, be sure to have bb.moveobjects cheat on. This way you can place the objects without there being an issue of placement. I hope this helped. I like to do a lot of builds so a lot of what’s done is pretty much playing around with stuff and figuring out what you can do and how to do it.
