I can’t buy a house for my sims?

So this has been going on for awhile but I went on help.ea.com yesterday to finally try and fix it but the last person to help me told me it was a * problem and that they could not help me any furthe...

Also I just noticed that literally everything in my game is now corrupted… I’m going to cry lol.

    Hi there @GrizzlySimmer,

    Is this happening on a brand new save file as well? If you bulldoze one of these lots and place a new one, does that clear up the error?

      Yea it is on a brand save file. I can’t even access the lots.
