I can’t go up a floor

I was playing the Sims 5 on my PlayStation five when I went down a level and then when I tried to go up, it would not let me. I tried to in build mode and it still doesn’t work. I tried resetting my PlayStation five and it didn’t work I closed the game and reopened it and it didn’t work. I do not know what to do,
