I just bought Get to Work but it's saying I don't have it (console)

Product: The Sims 4

Platform: Xbox Series S

Which language are you playing the game in? English

How often does the bug occur? Every time I open the game 

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Quite a bit but I know it has nothing to do with that. Just bought Laundry Day too a few minutes ago and that is working, but not Get To Work.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea

What happens when the bug occurs? Items, gameplay, nothing from Get To Work expansion pack shows up in my game after I just bought it.

What do you expect to see? I want to be able to use the stuff from the pack I just bought

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I'm on Xbox Series S and I just bought Get To Work. When I log into the game I don't have any Get To Work items and Magnolia Promenade is locked. I tried everything--uninstalling and reinstalling the pack, restarting the Xbox, trying a new save. Nothing works. How TF do I get it to show up? And if not how can I get my $20 back??

    Have you already run through these steps to be sure Get to Work is properly installed to your Xbox?

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    If this doesn't work for you, please verify that you're currently logging into the same Xbox account that this pack was purchased on- you can look over the transaction history on your Xbox account to check this.
