I pre-ordered the expansion pack lovestruck

I pre-ordered the expansion pack. I got to play it today and it's not there. The new world, the aspirations, the traits, hair, clothes nothing is there. I have restarted and it shows I own the pack. Is anyone else having this problem? I play on the ps5
