Island Living Map not working

I bought the Island Living expansion pack yesterday and after installing it I noticed the map doesn't work. It appears empty with no lots and I can't interact with it. I can access build and cas items though. I've tried reinstalling the game as a whole and all of the packs I already own but it still didn't change.
