Issues that happen more then once

I play in ps4 and I really love playing the sims 4 so much, but recently I’ve been having issues with the game and it really takes away the fun I have. There is problems with putting my sim to sleep as it doesn’t fill up the bar so they just get up! Idk how to fix that since it has happened last month. Even if it updated it didn’t get fixed. Also when that happens it fast forwards even when I pause it, it automatically does it again. Those are the only issues I’m having right now, I hope I get to play again peacefully.
