Thanks for the detailed response on this! Could you please create a bug report for this issue here so we can track this issue a bit further?
@EA_SolaireHi, yes I'll do that no problem. It's not as frequent since last weeks patch but still happening some of the time.
Edit: I've filled out a bug report and attach a link. I tagged it as XB for now but I know it's affecting other platforms too so I was a bit unsure if I was right to do that or not, here it is anyway:
