Laundry Day Stuff Pack missing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I open the game, load my current save, then play with my recent household with laundry day stuff pack enabled.
What happens when the bug occurs? It removes all of my laundry day items in the house and when I go to build mode it says I don’t have the laundry day stuff pack when I do. I’m not sure if the clothes are gone but I don’t doubt it.
What do you expect to see? I should see all of my laundry day stuff back.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
😞It’s only this pack and I played yesterday with the packs still there.

Please follow the steps here to be sure Laundry Day is fully installed to your console:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
If you're still not able to access your DLC once you've tried this, please let me know!
