Laundry Day Stuff Pack missing

I've split your post into it's own thread to avoid necro-posting. Let's first be sure Laundry Day is fully installed to your console.

If you're on Xbox, please run through these steps:

• Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
• Press the Menu button on the controller
• Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
• You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

For PlayStation, try these steps:

• Restore the licenses on your console 
• Go to your Game Library 
• Scroll to Your Collection
• Select The Sims 4
• Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
• Select the DLC in this list and select Install
• When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

It is definitely installed

Are you on Xbox or PlayStation?

If you head into Build mode and filter items by pack, and select Laundry Day, are you not seeing the content there? Please attach a screenshot to your post for me of what you see there.
