Library is full ps4

Library is full error when I load the game on PS4 console it won't close or go away. I click ok still it stays on the screen. I can't even load my game or open anything because this error is still on...

Im currently having this issue with no real result to fix it. I know this post is a bit old but I wanted to reach out to see if you resolved the issue, and if so, how?

    @Desiree224   Hello!  Did you try the suggestion from PoptartJuniper?  There is a limit for the library on console.  I believe it will vary depending on how much free space the system has.  So, from the home screen, open the Gallery / Library and delete some stuff.  Perhaps there are duplicate households that were saved when creating a new save?  Or you may just want to delete anything that you aren't using in your game.  Note that you will not be able to recover anything you delete there but, if you have access to the Gallery, perhaps you could upload some things you want to keep and then add them back to your game later.

    As you mentioned, this thread is a few years old now, so it may get locked.  If that happens and you're still having trouble, then you will need to create a new thread.

      I actually had to go onto my laptop and access the Gallery via the Website. It was a pain looking for some things I saved because online it doesn't show your Library, just the Gallery to browse. So I retraced some recent searches and got enough off to where my PS4 would load and let me access the gallery from there. Once I opened my Library via console, I selected the biggest lot size and I had A TON of mansions on there that I don't even remember saving lol. so I went down in each lot size category, deleted the ones that I knew I would never use and now I have plenty of space to save new items and the error message is not haunting me. I'm so glad I got this figured out, I was so stressed! I know this was an old thread and I felt like it was a long shot that someone would reply but thank you for taking the time to offer some help/advice!
