My son and I play Sims4 on xbox one s with zero mods and we generally have no real issues but as of the beginning of September 2023 I have no access to our households and therefore cannot play. I've tried multiple times to load every single one of the households and all that happens is I get booted back to the worlds map. I have restarted my console multiple times, checked it for updates, etc. and none of the fix suggestions I've found on here so far help at all. I'm not even sure at this point if trying to fix this issue by uninstalling/reinstalling the game is worth the time. Any ideas, please?!

No error codes or messages come up. Whenever i select a household the normal wait screen and loading bar appear but as soon as it finishes loading it simply reverts to the world menu again. I normally just resume play from the main menu so when this began I tried loading saves from the main menu to play but they all do the same thing.

No error codes or messages come up. Whenever i select a household the normal wait screen and loading bar appear but as soon as it finishes loading it simply reverts to the world menu again. Thanks, it sounds like you may have a corrupt save file- let's try a brand new save to see if the error persists there as well.

To start a new save file, from the main menu of The Sims, you'll select the "New Game" option.

Oh are u saying test the new file with the same household with the error code or test with a new game with new household like with my other households because when I click on my other households to play them it works perfectly but when I do a new game it’s still an error with the same household but with an different error code because this time I moved the household into another lot but I did do a new saved household in the same lot that the other error code was giving me and nothing that I have tried still worked
