Lost all my sims and houses

Hi I recently changed from ps4 to a new replacement one and I downloaded all my saves and expansion packs. When I went to load my game on my vampire world my sims are bald and no clothes! All my hous...

@Spidergamer94 It sounds like the DLC isn't actually downloaded onto your new console. As long as you didn't save again with all those items missing, your save should be okay once the packs are properly installed. 

  1. Sign in to the purchasing account on the PS4
     
  2. From the home screen, go to [Library] and select the "Purchased" folder.
     
  3. Select the game > [PlayStation Store] > [Your add-ons].

If you moved to PS5 you can simply highlight the game from the dashboard, press the options button, and then manage game content from there.
