Lost sims 4 cats and dogs expansion pack

I own sims 4 + cats and dogs in hard copy, when i return to play an already played save all cats and dogs content has disappeared.

I've gone to manage game and addons and it's not there either, i know i have this content because I've been playing it, now it's vanished.

the xbox store is prompting me to purchase the expansion again like i didn't already have it in the first place.

how do i get my expansion pack back??

It has happened multiple times now and while it has eventually returned and I could reinstall it, it is still quite frustrating. I originally bought it as a bundle with the sims 4 base game as a physical disc. It will say I don’t own the item and then It is a hassle to get it back again.

So, the purchase of the Dogs and Cats extension pack disappeared from my ps4 completely.

When I load the game (not loading screen) it says that some extension packs couldn't be loaded because I didn't own them or because of an error so I decided to check out the store and turns out that I dont own the extension pack anymore. I've bought it four or more years ago so there's no way I can find the record of the purchase so I'm really scared to have lost all my money and game files. I can't continue playing or else my gamefiles will be overwritten.

Please send help, I've tried with every Ps4 account and nothing changes

(Console)I have the cats and dogs with base game bundle CD that I bought a long time ago.Sims 4 says I don’t have Cats and Dogs. But when I go to the Microsoft Store it says it’s owned and installed. But when I open the game it claims I don’t have it and wants me to buy the cats and dogs with first pets bundle. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the pack. Along with taking the CD out and reinserting it. All my other expansion packs are working perfectly fine. I bought all of them on the Microsoft Store.
