Hi there @slaaykween there's a couple of issues here. Firstly you've lost your login rewards, like many other players. The good news is it's a known issue and EA are aware. I'm adding the bug report here for you. If you'd like to click Me Too on the first post on page 1, you can also add a reply if you'd like to do so.
For your other technical problems I would try clearing locally saved data from your console. If you haven't done that before (while your game is not running) just go to Sims 4 on your console home screen using the menu button (with 3 lines) and go to Manage Game and Add-ons. On the next page select Saved Data. You'll go to 2 sets of data. Pick the set of data next to your gamertag/username and make sure to select delete from console only (ignore Reserved Space). Then load up your game and it will sync up with the cloud as your game is loading. I do this regularly and it was recommended to me by Xbox Support.
I'm attaching the troubleshooting steps for console here for you too because they can be useful to have while playing on console and we are having a lot of issues at the moment.
