Managing worlds

Hello,

What platform are you playing on? Are you seeing any error messages? 

I'm on the ps5, it is working  now but now my add-ons aren't working

Try the following to be sure all your DLC is fully installed:

• Restore the licenses on your console 
• Go to your Game Library 
• Scroll to Your Collection
• Select The Sims 4
• Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
• Select the DLC in this list and select Install
• When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

I don't see where it says DLC

Once again I  can't  get out of of manage worlds after updating everything

Sims will only work if my add ons aren't there  otherwise I’m stuck on manage worlds & the message said game data incomplete 

Are you seeing any error messages or error codes other than the game data incomplete error?

Have you tested a brand new save file as well? 

No & no
