Missing bonus content from pre-order - console profiles
Hoping someone can help! I’ve just realised that I don’t have the bonus content for Enchanted By Nature or Growing Together available. I play on console and me and my partner have our own profiles - he bought these expansion packs for me as gifts on his own profile (so I didn’t get notification of the receipt).
The bonus content is available on game on his profile but not mine, is there anyway to connect them? He has no interest in playing and had purchased for me - is there any way to swap it in some way? Or grant the items on my profile? 😭

The bonus content is only available on the profile that purchased the packs, so if you're game sharing, you won't be able to access that content from a different profile.
