Community ManagerWere you previously game-sharing these packs, or had you purchased these on the Xbox account you're currently signed in with?
Please try the following:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
