Missing Event Items (Cozy Celebration, Reaper's Rewards)

As the name states, I'm missing the rewards for both Cozy Celebration, and Reaper's Rewards, even though I've done the events. I need help resolving this, as it happened after the January 14th patch, and I haven't been able to figure out why.
