I tried that and also reset the console and still nothing.
EA_Solaire any additional steps to try? I have not been able to play for the last 4/5 days since my packs are missing.

If you're still not able to access your packs, I'd recommend getting in contact with Xbox support so they can review your account and billing information to see what's going on with your DLC- we wouldn't have the ability to review any of your purchases or Xbox account information on these forums.
EA_Solaire I spoke with them and they sent me to you all. Would you be able to tell me who I would speak to about a refund for the missing items?
