I just tried to log in and play to resume my game from last night, but I am getting an error message saying that I don’t have certain expansion packs. But I most certainly do. When I go to view my managed game add ons it shows all of them, but when I go to the actual game and try to play it is only showing a few that I own. I am playing on my Xbox. Can anyone help me please?
Also I own 15 add ons/expansions and they are visible in the manage add on sections. But while playing the actual game it requires me to purchase. I even went as far to select one to see what it would say and the manage option appeared, so Microsoft is even acknowledging that I have purchased them. But somehow they have disappeared overnight. I’m not understanding this and I’ve spent a lot of money into this game for things to just vanish. I’ve also did every troubleshooting step that was given and still nothing. Please help.
