Hi there,
That sounds like your content isn't fully installed to your console- please try the following steps to be sure all your DLC is installed:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
If you're being prompted to re-purchase your missing DLC, you'll want to look over the transaction history on your Xbox account to verify that you're currently logging into the same Xbox account that you had originally made these purchases on.
