Missing Lot

Sims 4 on xbox.

Basically, I wanted move sims 4 from one account to new. I have saved all my houses on old game into public gallery. Created new account with same sims pack, and decided to find old id with saved houses.

Im trying to place lot from gallery into the same place as on old game. I get the sign that lot is being build, but when it finished - it is not there. I tried to place the lot into new space and it does appear but not in old one. 

And when in build mode, I get a sign to lift the lot or press tick - but it is invisible, so I cannot actually lift anything, but I can build on it.

Please advice, but no using cheat. Thanks
