Missing packs I've bought

I've recently had the issue where it says I don't own certain packs (that I've already bought long ago). I've had this issue before with the island living, but said screw it idk what happened I'm not buying it again. But now it's multiple packs I've bought saying I don't own them and to rebuy them again. I've put so much money into this game that this just makes me not want to play it.. idk if this helps but I recently got out of a toxic relationship and when I left he tried to sabotage a lot of my Xbox games. Could be have deleted them somehow? Is it by chance that I switched Xboxs, I was on an Xbox one and now I'm on an Xbox Xs, but if I remember correctly, this happened before I ever switched Xboxs. I'm not sure what to do as I'm not re buying these things for a third time.. this makes me just want to not play the game anymore.. i don't want to buy stuff just for it to say I don't own it anymore..It's also showing me I'm the menh I can't pick manage worlds or 

 

 Can anyone help??

    Hi there Saayrian​ 

    First, let's try the following:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC


    If you're still being asked to purchase these packs, that sounds like you may have been game sharing. You'll want to look over the purchase history for your Xbox account to verify that you're logging into the same account that these packs were originally bought on.

    I have already done this. I also deleted the game and reinstalled and tried the same thing again and it didn't change. And I did game share before but I originally owned sims4 on my Xbox before and bought all the packs on my own account on said Xbox.. I will check out the purchase history tho and see what it says. Thank you!
