missing purchased DLC sims 4(on ps4)

i’ve been playing the sims since 2018, but took a break for abt a year or so. i bought a new ps4, restored my licenses, checked my purchase history on the account to make sure. the receipts are there but it is not giving me a option to redownload only to repurchase please help!, ‘ tried contacting EA HELP but kept getting error messages.

    Hi @553910 

    try the following to get your content installed, let me know if you're still being prompted to re-purchase these packs:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    like i said in the posted question, i’ve tried all of that. nothing. anything else that can help ?
