My DLC packs just disappeared but I still have them

Hi @420BeefBaby420,

It sounds like you may have been previously game-sharing your DLC, were those expansions purchased on your own account, or on your boyfriend's account?

If they were bought on your account, you can follow these steps to be sure they are installed properly on your console:

Highlight The Sims on the dashboard

Press the Menu button on the controller

Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"

You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

If you were game-sharing, you'd need to set up game-sharing again to use the content on your own account. Please read over the article here for more information on how this works and how to set this up on your console.
