My friends suddenly hate me? Sims 4

To add to my long list of problems I am facing with the game, I have spent countless hours maintaining friendships with everyone in the world and had quite high friendships with a lot of people... suddenly I open my game today and suddenly everyone hates me and my friendship is in the red with them.

It actually feels like every bit of progress I make in this game there’s a glitch that decides it wants to ruin it all.
