My packs are gone :(
Hello!
i have bought several of expations packs but now when I’m in the game it says that I don’t have some of them how do I got it back without tonoah for them again?

It sounds like your content isn't currently installed to your console, please try the following:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
Next, head into Marketplace-> My Collection-> Pack Selection and make sure your packs are enabled there.
