My packs are gone and my pictures are black since the recent update !

Ever since the recent update my game has been the worst it’s been!! I never used to have the issue with black photos but since January 13th photos I put in my inventory had been black and any photos I had on my walls or in a frame is black!…. Besides the lagging and standing still for sims hours. The worst of all is half my packs are gone. I load up my game and it’s saying I own the packs but have to repurchase them ??? Like wtf ??? I’ve never once had this problem ! I’ve spent too much money through out the years for it to just tell me I have to repurchase them. I’ve done everything to try and fix it. Delete and reinstall all my packs then when I load my game back after hours of waiting it’ll say the same thing, I owned the packs but have to repurchase them. This is crazy ever since the last update I literally can’t play my game. It won’t even load into willow creek and that’s base game !!! Tf
