My packs aren’t showing up in the gallery for the owned option

Yes hello I’ve been having this issue for a couple of months on playing the sims trying to use the gallery to find things but every time I go to owned options to show the content I owned it only show...

Apart from the Gallery, are you seeing all the content from your packs in-game?

    No I don’t know why but everything in my library I own packs wise is showing up
