My plants won't grow or produce anything

Hello to all. 

   I have this game on my Xbox Series X. I have built a greenhouse on my current lot, so they shouldn't be affected by seasons. Have lots in Sulani and at a desert lot, forget it name. They should be growing. Even the plants that are not affected by seasons, like the money tree and plasma fruit tree won't grow and produce. I've also seen plants grow to maturity and then revert to their beginning as a pile of dirt on the ground. This is also happening to the greenhouse on the scientist lot for the Get to Work DLC. The greenhouse on my property doesn't have walls, just a roof, and I removed the floor. I don't think that this matters, because the scientific career's greenhouse has walls, floors, roof, planters, and it is malfunctioning as well. But I thought that it might help to add all details that I have noticed. Any answers for this issue?
