My Pregnant Sim is Stuck at the Hospital

Question

‪Playing on my Ps5 and everything had been going great until my Sim went into labor. Now she is in labor &amp; stuck in the line at the hospital waiting to check in along with the doctor but none of them can. She isn't moving and is just moaning and groaning. I can't even send her back home. This has been going on all day &amp; I have rebooted, walked away for hours &amp; it's still stuck.‬

Have you tried the Reset Sim method to get her and the other Sims unstuck? You should be able to reset them following these steps.
