My Save data is corrupted and unplayable

As of this morning, I am on PS5 and having same problems. I have been playing on a save file which I’ve created about 3 for this particular gameplay as a previous problem with saves I make sure to save often and several times in different save slots - however as of this morning, I can’t access ANY of my saves, when one finally loads my sims aren’t in the world at all - it tells me to select or create a sim/family to move in to my home that I have been playing on for ages - and I have not used any CC’s or anything as I was playing for the first time EVER for trophies. My game has been played legit and my girl has accumulated so much - I would have to admit that I would most definitely quit playing if I can’t get her back. I’ve played sims since the original sims came out on pc like over 20 years ago (ignore the fact that I just revealed my age and that I still play sims - I was in my twenties when I started on pc back then - I quit playing g for nearly a decade due to same issue back then on pc. So to come back on console and have same issue - I’m about ready to hang it up yet again. Makes me want to cry right now out of frustration and anger. Please EA fix this problem!!!!
