My sims 4 game is having EA connectivity issues.

I have done everything EA help had to offer and PlayStation Help has to offer. I have a cable into my PlayStation 5 that is connected to my WiFi. Every time I press the button “link EA”  in my game, ...

Hi there SheisNene 

From the main menu of your PS5, please head to Settings-> Network-> Test Internet Connection and grab a screenshot of the results you see there.

      This is a new internet box. Also I factory reset my game, redownload my sims 4 game with all my packs, and every time I open the game, it acts like it’s brand new. It shows me all my packs repeatedly, I feel like my game is glitched, and it keeps crashing also.

        Are you still being prompted to link your EA account?

        As for the DLC pop-ups, that's being tracked in the open report here.

        Crashing is another issue we're looking into, please post in the thread here for this issue.
