My Sims 4 game on console won't update

So I play sims 4 on my Xbox one as I don't have a laptop that would be able to run it. Problem is, since a month ago, whenever it comes up with "game recently had an update, this will restart the gam...

Hi MetalOtaku12​ 

First let's try the following:

  • Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
  • Select System > Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
  • Select Keep my console up to date for console and Keep my games & apps up to date for games and apps.


If you're still not getting the recent update, please fully uninstall and reinstall The Sims 4.
