My sims 4 not updating/installing after infant update.
ITS BEEN A MONTH AND MY SIMS GAME WONT UPDATE!!! Also the thing about the disk is new this is the first time it has happened. All the game does is get to 21.2% then stops. Someone please help....
Let's try the following steps to get this error cleared up:
- First please try a full power-cycle on your Xbox:
- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
- Check that your disk is clean and free of any scratches or smudges/dirt
- Install The Sims 4 from the Xbox Store with the disk loaded
- Insert the disc into your Xbox console.
- Open the Store app and search for The Sims 4.
- Select Install. This will install The Sims from the network instead of the disc.
- Check that your Xbox has enough storage space for this update- you can manage and check your storage with the steps here.
- First please try a full power-cycle on your Xbox:
