My sims are glitching

I play sims 4 on the Xbox one. Lately my OG sim household has really bugged out. None of my other sims have done this. My mother sims has become almost none responsive in commands, completely bipolar between rage and depressed she won't do nothing. My father sim seems playable for a little bit but then starts glitching, even getting ready for work hours before it's time. The toddler is about the only playable character per say, other then the fact he's earning skills that are not for toddlers while he's sleeping or has a laundry list of the same skill to do (by its own command). Also when I'm not playing them, the mom and dad are seen not only in thier own world but other worlds as well. (Which I don't believe is suppose to be a thing and yes i have neighborhood stories turned off). I don't know what's wrong with that family but something has definitely glitched in them. 

Any thoughts, anyway to fix this? And truly it's really only with this family so far I've noticed it glitching like this.
