My sims & City Living disappeared together

Question

hi there! like the title says, both my City Living and my actual sims' household have disappeared. this happened within the last week. when i open the game, it tells me some data isn't available and starts me out in the world mode. when i go to my actual world/my house, it shows my house is vacant. my sims don't even show in the bottom left corner. i've been doing some research and i noticed others say the City Living DLC has been taken off Playstation+ and needs to be purchased to keep playing it. if i purchase it, will it bring back my sims/household too? has anyone else had this issue? i have already tried to uninstall and reinstall, but still no luck. please help lol.&nbsp;

That is the risk with content you only have thru a subscription if it is cancelled or no longer available you will miss anything you used that way. If you saved the game while this was missing the change is permanent. If you purchase the missing pack everything should be back unless you saved. The family might be gone. If you can restore an older save that may solve it.

EJuliusDonnelly 00dc5b5456653c66 Hey there, can you try restoring the licenses on your console to see if that gives you the option to purchase the pack?
On PS4, go to Settings&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;Account management &gt;&nbsp;Restore Licenses.
On PS5, go to&nbsp;Settings&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;Users and Accounts&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;Other&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;Restore Licenses.

I myself is having the same problem with city living I purchased it and all of sudden it had disappeared shows that I own it just need to download but when I do go for download it doesn't show at all I have tried everything . But just thought I would try again to get help with this. No it doesn't show when I click for download and it shows on my PlayStation 4 that I need to repurchase it&nbsp;
