My sims game thinks that Im playing for the first time
Console: Xbox One
Expansion Packs: All besides Snowy Escape, Lovestruck, Eco Lifestyle, and Island Living.
Game Packs: Parenthood, Dream home, Werewolves
Stuff packs: Home Chef, Paranormal, Tiny Living
Explanation: This has happened the last couple times I've played. I click on the game and it gives me an error. So I click on the game again and when I get to the home page all my saved games are gone. So I re login and everything's there but the game think it's my first time playing and all my login rewards are gone.
