[NCQE] Nature's calling event won't trigger

I'm on ps5 and I've played all day yesterday and a few hours today and the nature's calling event won't show up or trigger to start

Hi all,

First please check that your game is fully updated- the current update version you should be seeing is 2.13.

Then try a full restart on your console and relaunch The Sims. At the start screen where you're prompted to press A or X to start, try staying on this screen for 1 minute to allow the game to fully load- let me know if the event is showing properly for you then.

I have tried all things and it still won’t pop up. I even started a new household. Please advise, I would LOVE to earn these items!! Thank you for any help!
