[NCQE] Nature's calling event won't trigger

Im playing on xbox s and ive been trying to get the event to pop up since it came out but i still somt even have the event tab. my game is fully updated to the recent patch

I also can’t get the Natures Calling event to start. (Im on PS5) I’ve restarted my console, deleted & reinstalled Sims4, signed in to EA app which shows me connected to my PSN, I’m online, my home menu advertises the event and yet NOTHING 🙄 I hope they extend this event cause this is just bs….also my library shows but not gallery sooooo im sure it’s connected but again idk wtf to do about that….

Playing on PS4, I also don't have the Natures Calling event. I've restarted everything many times, I've double and triple checked my that my EA account is linked with my game. There is no event triggering in my game, there's not even any mention of it on my home screen, the game itself is advertised but not the event. 

I’m having the same issue on the ps5
