I'm on ps5 and I've played all day yesterday and a few hours today and the nature's calling event won't show up or trigger to start

I live in central Pennsylvania USA and I'm on Xbox and it's currently 3:05 pm I can't get the event to start ive loaded old saves and started a new one ,is it just me or is anyone else having this problem

Hey 1ec5p97q5z1xI’m having the same issue. I’m in Texas and I’m also trying to play on Xbox. I’ve tried multiple saves, restarting my Xbox, and making sure I’m online, but the event isn’t showing up.

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I recently got my mom back into The Sims, and she’s super excited for this event and the upcoming pack. This is her first expansion pack event, but the Nature’s Calling event isn’t showing up on her Xbox. The event is showing up on my Xbox and my account—I have an Xbox Series S, and she has an Xbox One, so I’m not sure if that’s the issue. I’ve checked her game for updates multiple times and even uninstalled and reinstalled both the base game and her expansion packs. Strangely, she also has two Forgotten Hollow worlds showing up, which has completely stumped me. The Nature’s Calling event trailer appears on the main menu sidebar, but the main quest event itself isn’t showing up at all.

I see the Nature's Calling banner on my main menu screen, before loading in to my household. Telling me about the update, showing me the video, etc... When I'm playing the game, the event never triggers. This seems to be a common issue on the Xbox and would like to participate in the event as soon as possible. Xbox users are missing out on opportunities to get collectibles.

Please make sure you're fully connected to Xbox Live or the PlayStation Network and check that your gamertag is linked with your EA account- from the main menu of The Sims, head to Game Options-> Other and select the option there to link your EA account.

I have tried all things and it still won’t pop up. I even started a new household. Please advise, I would LOVE to earn these items!! Thank you for any help!

I'm an Xbox player using Xbox cloud gaming. The June 2025 login event. Is not triggering no pop-ups. No quest. Logging in for a couple of hours the past two days.

Same on XBox (I own both S and X - Europe/France).
The event doesn't trigger.
Edit: Solved !
I restarted completely the game and console and the event pop-up.

I am not able to play the new Nature's Calling event or see the gallery in game. I'm connected to XBOX live, restarted the game and the Xbox, waited for the game to load, made sure I have the most recent update, reset game settings, tried to link EA account (button does nothing - my account shows as linked on EA website).
