So there was recently a sale on Sims packs on the console, and of course I got excited and wanted to get cats and dogs. I went to click it and it wasn't on the startup screen with all the other packs. I decided to go to the PlayStation store and it wasn't their either... Was it deleted from ps4? Are they doing an update on it? I'm also worried that this may happen to other packs, ones that's I own this time, and that's be over £150 down the drain.

@Bobbykk1 The cost of the Cats and Dogs bundled with My First Pet Stuff is the same as just Cats and Dogs alone. So the better deal is the bundle if you don't own Cats and Dogs.You can request a refund, but you have to do it through your console. Be sure you do a refund through the store you purchased the pack, and don't do something like a chargeback through your bank.

so you’re saying I have to buy the cats and dogs pck again? cause I already bought the expansion pack alone and its not in the PSN store

We are not removing packs, please, don't worry, your purchased packs are not going anywhere. 🙂

None of the packs are on sale at the moment, but you should be able to find and purchase Cats & Dogs in the PlayStation Store (or Xbox Store) by searching for Cats and Dogs Plus My First Pet Stuff Bundle. The bundle is priced at the same cost that Cats & Dogs was alone, although as I mentioned, it's not on sale at the moment.

No, please, don't buy it again. As I was telling @miaheehee, a pack you purchased remains in your account.

I was going to buy cats and dogs until I realized it’s not available for purchase like it doesn’t show up at all it used to show up but I don’t know what happened please help. ☹️

I want to buy Sims 4 cats and dogs on my ps4 but it doesn’t even show up on the menu screen anymore. Anyone else having this problem?

@alyssa8025 I am seeing the same thing. The Cats and Dogs is only available in Bundles and not on it's own. It probably shouldn't be like that so give me a bit to do some digging. It is the weekend also.

Hi, as i have accidentally purchased my first pet stuff pack without purchasing the bundle Cats and Dogs plus my first pet stuff pack. Is there any way to purchase just cats and dogs expansion pack alone? or do i have go purchase the bundle pack? because if not does it mean i have to waste my first pet stuff pack cost?
