No option to ask celebrities for autograph

I've recently returned to Sims 4 after a long hiatus. I've been playing for several weeks now, on a new save, and have noticed that whenever a celebrity shows up in my area, when I click on them to interact there are no celebrity-interactions. It registers as a regular sim. I can't ask for an autograph, or attempt and introduction - in fact my sim doesn't even seem to recognize they're famous despite the fame shine around them being activated. I can I introduce myself as normal and get to know them immediately. Notably, when I first logged back on I WAS able to ask celebrities for autographs. I believe this started after the most recent update that just happened. I am a console player, Xbox one, so there are no mods or cc.

    Hi there @7e4e604dfb2ef367 I would try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Get Famous pack first, if that doesn't work I'd reinstall the game. Sometimes I get glitches with packs and reinstalling can help. I'd make sure too that both your Console and game are updated fully and that it wasn't an issue with an incomplete installation of the update itself.

    If that doesn't work pop back and let us know. I've had a look to see if it's reported but can't see it mentioned. It's working in my game. But I'd try the reinstallation first and see if that helps.
