Not loading

Every time I try to play a household the loading screen comes up, gets about 80% of the way and just stops. I sat for an hour last night trying to get a load all the way did not work. Try again this morning finally ended up uninstalling the game and installing it back. It’s still only gets about 80% of the way and does not load. I don’t know what to do now. (I play on a PS5)
