packs aren’t showing up

okay so i play on the playstation 5 i haven’t played the sims 4 in months and was going to play it but my packs aren’t showing up not even in the mycollection in the marketplace yet on my ps system it says they’re installed. i’m not exactly sure what is happening but i need serious help and or support

Hey yumchiicken,

If you haven't already, can you please run through the following troubleshooting steps:

Restore the licenses on your console

Go to your Game Library > Your Collection > The Sims 4 > Add-Ons and make sure your packs are installed

Restart The Sims

Make sure the packs are all activated under Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection
